For easier access to the storage unit and to make the unloading process easier for you there is a special ramp for unloading from a truck or a car.
For how Long can I keep my belongings at the storage unit?
The minimum rental period is 1 month. You can rent a storage unit for as long as you require it after the 1th month.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can visit your storage unit any time of the day, as you have access 24/7. The storage unit is also available on weekends and holidays.
How do I make the payment?
On a monthly basis there will be a bill sent to your e-maill. You can pay the bill by a bank transfer. Otherwise, you can come to our office and pay with cash or credit card.
Is there video surveillance In the warehouse?
Yes, all over the territory there is video surveillance. There is also security on the territty at all times.
Can other people access my storage unit?
Yes, it is possible, if you give your key and access card to other person. If you want to get unlimited access for other people, you need to ask us. We will find the best solution for your situation.
What kind of documents do Ineed to make contract?
Individuals need an identification document (passport or ID). Companies needs company data and a valid power of attorney to make a contract.
